So that’s out. Now my dad’s considering between a brand new 4Runner or an FJ60 Land Cruiser.

The Tesla is still coming, so that will cover the DD duties. He won’t be able to buy until a month from now, so there’s still some time.

Find a clean FJ60 now and enjoy it, but take good care of it. They’re only going to continue increasing in value as they become less and less common.

those three cars could not be more different....I recommend the FJ60 because classic car but if he wants new the 4runner is better than a pilot

That won’t last. If it wasn’t on the otherside of the country I would beat your dad to it myself. That would go for $18-19k here. Almost impossible to find one that isn’t rusted, or been turned into an offroader around. Even harder to find one that hasn’t been resprayed.
